Documentation

After you have been provided with a quotation, once agreed with the deposit the next step is we develop the full project specification, mission statement (which outlines how the project will be managed and any special arrangements) and terms and conditions which are shared with you.

Payments

Payments are made by direct bacs bank transfer to our business account however we also have an elite payment and financial flexibility arrangement in place for South Wales Homeowners.

Our strategic partnership with Stripe grants you unparalleled financial leverage as it allows you the flexibility to make payments using our credit card facilities. All major credits cards are welcome and accepted under this scheme.

Whilst credit card payments are optional, they can be accepted at any stage of the project development so do consult with your project manager if you would like to put this arrangement in place.

Also to guarantee absolute financial security and transparency, all project financials are governed by a strict, milestone-driven framework offered purely to ensure you command your project’s cash flow on your own terms, with total autonomy and less financial pressure to pay for necessary works to your property.
